140k here, HIGHLY recommend liquimoly 5-40, link below. Toss in 1.5cans of the Mos2 additive also. You will notice smoother idle and cold starts as well as a minor but noticable mpg gain (about .5mpg). This is a true synth oil and can take the abuse. I have 30k on this oil changing it around 5 to 8k each time. Was running Castro and Pennzoil before.
