I've replied to everyone (I think--apologies if I missed you).
Headlights are gone, iDrive knob is gone. I have a great set of black leather seats, dashboard, black door panels etc.
Brakes (all 4 calipers, and pads/rotors if you want them) will be $1200 + shipping. They aren't perfect cosmetically, but would be a nice upgrade for someone.
