If you look at the link to Ryan's thread in the OP, there's a partial side to side photo there. Looks like the reflector is different and I believe all LCI's have painted bumpers.
The LCI tail light upgrade is a nice relatively inexpensive way to freshen up our cars. It's something we can do at home with a few hand tools. Replacing and painting a bumper is going to get fairly expensive. If anyone has a source, and it's something there is demand for, then by all means...
