Tips and tricks for anyone else pursuing the same project.

1. Intercoolers (charge air coolers) must be removed to remove alternator so that heat shielding can be removed however you can do it without draining the water.

2. You can reuse manifold exhaust header gaskets and turbo train gasket however you must spray them with copper spray first to refurbish them. Works like a dream.
