I used to work in auto insurance claims. Judging from the crumpled corner opposite where most of the damage occurred, that car took a decent hit. There is definitely more damage that is not as easily seen (even though what you can see is still a lot). That is definitely totaled. It's a shame with the low mileage, but my bet is even if some shop in crappy Miami tried piecing it back together it would still never drive quite right. I've seen cars with half that damage that were fixed, and they still burned through rear tires and the alignment was never right.
