The original issue, the CIC was unavailable on the network, now I can see the CIC, but I cannot see the amp, the Bluetooth, and the antenna module. I found water leak from a uninstalled harness 'tube' on the left back hatch that was allowing water to drain directly on top of the amp. I opened the amp up and found damage internally. The amp going bad more then likely backfed into the CIC and took it out. I am going to replace the amp in a few weeks, once I find a cheap used one.
