There are no claimed gains, every car is different these days.
Manual or DCT, weather, fuel, full tank or 1/4 tank, different dyno (Mustang, Dynojet, etc) too many variables.
The point anyone should do is Dyno before and after, or go with JB4 (adapted on map1 for a few good miles) Dyno first 2 runs and then Map4 as last run.
If you don't care about gains then drag it lol
