Anything going on in the door panel could be possible.
I had some door dings on the driver side. I opened the door panel and checked if I could massage it from inside (it didn't work, but that's another story).
When I closed the door panel, some cables were not fixed in place correctly. When i run through uneven roads, I could often hear squeaky noise. Sometimes they even sound like flies buzzing.
This is actually caused by the cables' shielding rubbing against the side. I re-opened the door panel, and fixed the cables in place properly. The noise disappeared.
In your scenario, since the noise disappears after opening the window, it is likely that something inside is loose or not fixed in place.
