What's interesting about this little "ordeal" is that the BMW dealer refused to cover under CPO.
All BMW CPO's warranties are "exclusionary", i.o.w. if it is
NOT listed, it is covered. Period.
And, if this is a BMWNA "goodwill" repair, there is no deductible ... Why are you charged $100?
Read your CPO policy ... show it to the dealer. Remind them of the terms of your contract.
