Yep that simple. The only thing different for the rear calipers between the M and non M are the caliper carriers which move the rear caliper out further to fit the larger rotor.
So if anybody who has just the front calipers wants to do the full front and rear all they will need is the rear caliper carriers off the M and they can reuse their stock rear non M calipers. Same part just the M one comes painted from the factory.
Otherwise it's just plug and play. Will also need the brake lines which I bought the ECS braided lines as they where pretty cheap.
Also you will want the dust covers as well.
