I'll never order from partsale.eu again. Took me 2 months also to get some items, and then 2 months to get a refund! I ordered the FRM3 in the latest version and harness yesterday with
http://e-acca.com/ paid extra to have 2-3 day fedex shipping as I can get VAT refund through my business it made sense. Should have it in around 10-12 days all being well.
