While Google confirms the 2 arms, Yahoo Image Search for 'Total recall 3 boobs" with the "Safe Search" turned off confirms there's a whole Internet fetish genre out there of dudes who photoshop a 3rd boob onto a hardcore porn image. Like HUNDREDS of them. WTF?!
