Theres a reason why you made this thread, your doing something wrong. Which is fine. It took me 3 years to find the correct, fastest, normal way to get the body I want.
IF you dont rest, EAT, workout, the right way and the right times. Your wasting your time. Everything here is a DOMINO, everything relies on each other. I dont care if you cant finish a gallon of water a day. Fucking do it, no bullshit no excuses.
