750I wiring help?

Trying to retrofit 2011 750i active/comfort seats into a 2006 Sequoia...
I can handle the fab/welding for the rails/feet. I've previously wired in 2014 Lincoln MKS heat/vent/massage seats to a 2002 4Runner (had to totally bypass controller & use 8 pin dual pole/dual throw relay for heat/vent).
hoping - based upon a few YouTube videos others posted on similar e series retrofits - I can do this a bit cleaner/easier...
Wires in from main harness:
Red w/brown 12 ga 30a- main 12v+
Brown 12ga - main ground
solid red 16ga 10a - 12v+ to seat adjuster cluser
red/grey (guessing 18ga) 7.5a - 12v+ to door seat switch (per diagram)
that leaves me 2 single wires unidentified:
brown w/orange 16ga (diagram I have shows brown w/red - but def orange) - but believe all brown is some form of ground on BMW - but just guess
White/Blue - guessing 18ga - no clue
4 twisted pairs 18ga
Green & Orange w/green - KCan
yellow & brown (guessing airbag - would leave alone
blue w/brown & blue w/black
yellow w/brown yellow w/red
intuition says one is for seat belt, one Should be for heat/vent from center console, other maybe head restraint or belt tensioner - but my intuition & 12v wiring never get along.
Guy on a Sequoia forum mentioned he got a retrofit computer module everything plugged into & all works - but was Ukraine site years ago & site/link not working. Saw something similar on another overseas .au or something - but haven't heard back from email inquiry.
ever wired F01 seats into non-BMW? Ever used the bypass/retrofit module?
I'd have guessed if I hook Brown up to ground & the Red w/brown, red, & red/grey up to 12V I should at least be able to use the seat power switches (but not working) all motors moved when applying 12v directly to them.
Thought was to hook 12v stepdown to 5v up to square wave generator to emulate Kcan signal on green, orange w/green (seen others do so in write ups).
but if one of the twisted pairs isn't heat/vent signal I can't see how w/where the signal comes from.
thinking that it "Should" work off the 12V +/- for everything on a switch on seat - I loose memory & any other function on door, but even if the heat/vent comes in via Kcan I could probably wire similar 8 pin Dp/Dt relay to keep constant power to TED fan & switch the +/- to get the TED working.
Any thoughts/advice/ ability to track down wire colors I'm missing (or correct any I guessed wrong)?
Would love to get this project going - now that I have the seats. Worst case I guess I could brute force everything to bypass the computer under seat - but woudl probably end up losing 1/2 the functionality - woudl love to have full active/comfort seats working the Sequoia...
thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide!
