It would be nice to have the real BMW codes its throwing. The P-codes are not super helpful. Do you know anybody with ISTA+? I would be methodical and try to figure out if it's really something simple. It's still unclear what's going on with the limited information you have and I would not trust the dealer. Lot's of people get over 140k if you aren't burning oil or you have been using the correct BMW LL04 oil.
