Yep... that’s the OEM plugs...50K intervals... just did mine... (2nd set)... the plugs that came out looked fine...So not changing them again at 50k...I’m on original coils....new plugs are easier on coils...it will be interesting fiinding out how long the original coils last...
The Castrol FST in Canada is C3/ LL04.... So definitely an acceptable HPHS oil..
