Still, I would never cut the rear bumper on these cars. I do think on yours it will look a bit better because it's not an M Sport. M Sports look terrible with the OEM hitch. Just my own .02.
I have the Execuhitch which I like a lot, but I understand if your towing substantial weight, it's not the most popular option. I only use it for a bike rack.
