GVA: H&R hubcentric 12mm spacers
H&R Trak + hubcentric 12mm spacers
No lug bolts, I have some for a 20mm spacer but have not tried them.
I've tried using 17mm spacer lug bolts for a 12mm spacer.
You can try the spacer + bolts on at my place if you want to.
$80 for the spacers, $100 including bolts.
