Had this kit on my 2009 E70 X5. This will fit all E70 X5's with a production date up to 04/11 (does not work with Trailer Hitch). Kit is currently painted Jet Black . Can obviously be painted any color. Comes with all pieces and all screws. Easy to install. Kit is $1200 primed and $1600 painted, just to give you an idea of the price when new. Will ship easily.
