Item Interest
For sale or trade for Series 333, 336, or possibly other OEM 20" wheels...

FYI, the image of the X5 below is not actually my car, but my car looks exactly like it with these wheels. I also included an image of the one blemish on one of the wheels.

Wheels
Material: Cast alloy
Size”: 21” x 10” front, 21” x 11.5” rear
Color: Originally silver, refinished in BMW Ferric Gray in April 2013
Condition: Used, but zero miles on wheels since being refinished in April 2013
Includes: Brand new set of OEM TPMS sensors (already installed)
Excludes: BMW center caps

Tires
Brand/Model: Pirelli P Zero
Size: 275/35 ZR21 front, 295/35 R21 rear
Condition: New ($2000/set + mounting/balancing)
Includes: Brand new set of OEM TPMS sensors ($250, already installed)
Original receipt for tires and wheel refinishing

I recently purchased a 2010 BMW X5 xDrive35d that included two sets of BMW factory wheels (19” and 21” sets). The 21” Series 215 wheels had some curb rash, so I had them professionally repaired and repainted in BMW Ferric Gray at Car Guys of Scottsdale (http://www.carguysofscottsdale.com/). Car Guys also ordered, mounted, and balanced the tires. The tires, mounting, balancing, and refinishing cost $2900, and the TPMS sensors cost $250, so you're basically getting a set of OEM Series 215 wheels for $700.

The wheels look amazing on the car, but I am selling the wheels and tires because I tow a boat and race car with my X5 frequently. I do not want to switch back and forth between the 19” and 21” wheels/tires. I'm either going to compromise with some Series OEM 20" wheels or stick with the 19" wheels.

I may be willing to sell the wheels alone as well as long as I can return the tires for a reasonable restocking fee. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Any reason you didn't go with 325/30 21" tires for the rear? OE 215 style 21" wheels call for 285/35 front and 325/30 rear.

Yes, I wanted to get away from runflats and there are no other tires he exact size of the Dunlops. The diameter of both the front and rear Pirellis are within 0.3" of the OEM Dunlop runflats (http://tire-size-conversion.com/tire-size-calculator/). The Pirellis were recommended by the shop and tire distributor as one of two runflat replacement options for the 21" wheels.

Out of curiosity, how much does it cost to professionally repair and repaint wheels?
