I received the steering wheel with scratch, nicks, and dents in leather. Seller accuses me of trying to con him into getting a refund by switching with my own steering wheel, and wants me to pay return shipping costs to return it to him. What is this?!

Bargain hunter, the buyer wanted me to give him a better price, 400$ shipped. When I didn't accepted that he bought it for 450$ and then all this started. I have inspected the steering wheel very well before I shipped it and it was in excellent condition. After receiving it he stated all of the above and I asked him to send in back for a full refund. He declined and accepted a 50$ partial refund instead. Take a look at the pictures send to me by the buyer and decide who's right.

I got a wheel with scrapes, scratches and dents in the skin. The seller accused me of trying to trick him into getting a refund through the steering wheel with my own, and want to pay for return shipping back to him. What's this?
