X6M (2010 vs. 2011) - XBimmers.com

Hello folks!
I'm planning to purchase used X6M
Is it possible to have some sort of summary of what the defferences are between each MY for X6M?
I dont think i would get 2011, because it's harder to find and it's more $$$, but i'd like to know the differences

I appreciate your help

I think it is pretty much between 2010 and 2011 now
Any particular features/improvements from 2010 to 2011?

I'm no expert, but I believe the only differences between a 2010 X6M and a 2011 X6M would be the iDrive hardware--the 2011 may have updates for Bluetooth audio, iPod cover art on the display, etc. Otherwise, I think the stickies in this forum indicate that the 2011 had no updates from 2010. Enjoy your purchase either way!

any difference in camera quality?

Again, I'm no expert, but I believe there were no changes in screen size or resolution for the iDrive between 2010 and 2011. As to the cameras, there may have been an additional option for side-view cameras and a "birds-eye" view, but I'm not certain when that came into effect. I don't think the resolution of the primary rear camera would have been affected.
