I spoke to my dealer regarding that and I still haven't gotten an answer. They're contacting BMW to see whether it's possible to add it because it's simply an ECU software upgrade.

Garage List
2010 X6 50i  [4.67]
Are we talking about the factory perf. upgrade option as an individual dealer installed? If so that would be pretty sweet. extra 40 hp?

If it's a software upgrade i don't see why the dealers couldn't do it, it's just reprogramming car. BMW should be smart and offer this otherwise people will be doing the aftermarket tuning which might not have the same quality control ( I was able to write that without laughing, coffee time).

BMW performance would cost a fortune (like it does for 135i or 335i). You guys would be better off remapping your X6 at a BMW remap specialist.

X6m tuned

Had my X6m tuned at 212 Motoring in Staten Island.
The owner Harry was great to deal with, everything went smooth
great results, real fast.

here's his site. http://www.212motoring.com/

the 2011 performance pkg for the x6 has been reported to be released september...everyone is still waiting for official word of it's release....regarding price, some think it's a small price to pay for peace of mind (including no fear of warranty work being denied). And I do believe the BMW perf pkg tune is still cheaper than other companies....

I am curious about the perf pkg aero kit as much if not more than the actual engine tune...

Hey, I am in Staten Island 2 and had lots of work done by 212 in their Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn Location by Harry and Mark....

Nice Guys, but what I recently learned is that their prices are high when compared to others for the same work...

Congrats on your Tune!

I had my stage 1 done at Eurocharged.com, and I'm extremely happy. They have a pretty good reputation in the Chicagoland area, and they're really great to work with. Best thing is they reflash you to Stage 2 and Stage 3 for free...or if you need to take your car into the dealer for free.

I suggest you contact Jerry and/or Jake at Eurocharged. You'd be surprised what these guys do for customer service.
