I saw the X6 Hybrid today. The insignia was taped over. I am not a BMW fan, so don't know a lot about the cars. I don't know why the BMW plant tried masking it.

hahahahaha, they masked the logo. . .maybe some will think it's a Kia. . . they forgot to mask the grill. ..that's hilarious.

it looks like it's done by hand, it's just a 5.0i with some tape and covered badges... somebody is trying to fool us

Beccause the hybride is already out, and has af fully streamlined body..

that's what i think about it :d

It was located at the BMW plant's reserved parking area at the Marriott they use for the press.

Uh...

Why would BMW care to do that? I don't think thats the regular x6 hood, its special to the hybrid...

Side note: I don't get hybrid SUV's and trucks, they add all that extra weight to get three or four more miles per gallon, seems like a waste of time, effort, and money. People concerned with fuel economy need to be looking at other types of vehicles...

Last friday i saw a spacegrey x6 tarned like this here in lowerbavaria...
Two minutes before that, a black 5GT passed my way.

the X6 Hybrid has a small powerdome on the hood,which will be the major difference to the other X6 cars

i saw one of those between Atlanta and Montgomery, Alabama at the end of June. It was silver, same markings on the entire car. We were both doing a pretty good speed. I was eyeing the x6, they were looking at my M3

its not a production vehicle maybe they need to cover logos and emblems for certain reasons

and just cause they announced a car doesnt mean they are done with testing yet

How is an X6 hybrid a good idea? It makes no sense!!!! X6 is performance minded an heavy as fuck!!

It would make more sense to make a hybrid X1, MAYBE X3
