trying to obtain this look will this offset achieve it: 19x9.5 / 5x114.3 / +22 front and 19x10.5 / 5x114.3 / +22 rear

also, what tire size would I need

Not going to happen with adapters. Those specs are aggressive and will get even more aggressive with adapters. Those should be re-drilled/insereted to 5x120, so the offset stays the same.

If you want to fit them you will need negative camber to front and rear. Fender roll to max at rear and some shaving to that bumper/fender bracket. Since you have lci the et22 is quite aggressive at rear. Since you have xdrive basically only tyre sizes that work for you is 225/35/19 and 255/30/19.

Also this kinda setup needs coils and i recommend getting something with stiffer spring rates and FK bumpstops would be good idea.

Adapters are basically like adding 25-30mm spacers.
