It looks better without the chrome side steps. Hopefully the Chrome sidesteps will be an option. Will those wheels be an option on the V6 model?

Good call on the Javelin reference wakedaze! Just goes to show all styles will come back if you wait long enough.

Somehow I have recently gone from saying "the X6 is the stupidest idea ever" to "hmmmm... that's pretty cool". May have something to do with the fact that I just found out I'm gonna be a dad soon!!!

Congrats on the future dad news! Nothing like it.Once you see the X6 upclose, it kidda grows on you.IMO BMW nailed the design.Looks the part of a sedan/coupe( w the kick ass performance and handling) if you believe some of the engineers I've talked to,and seen it doing hot laps at the Performance Center w/ just enough storage to be somewhat useful. It will be my next Auto unless the actual test drive is a big letdown from the expectations BMW has set.Thanks.PalBay

Those are the Optional 20" Wheels on the 6, the 20" xdrive50's wheels are the 5 Spoke wheels pictured in most of the photos.
