X6 stirs competitors

To all detractors from the world of this unique and revolutionary model, here's the response from competition. .

Land Rover LRX Concept (fugly roof line, btw, otherwise front and back are cool)

Just as the iPhone raised the bar on what a smart phone is, the X6 raised the bar on what a crossover is. It will be copied and imitated but those will still be compared to the original.

None of these were inspired by the X6, sorry dude.

The LRX was revealed as a concept before any real X6 images could've been released to influence the design. The Caddy Provoq concept is just the next-gen SRX. No X6 influence.

I don't see how you can related the next-gen Lexus RX and Hummer concept either.

Land Rover now owned by India = Doubt the car can keep its status.

GM will be making hybrid lawnmowers soon.

Lexus is for people who are not really into cars and prefer to drive a sofa.

Porsche can't do much without VW parts.

Draw your own conclusions. But agressive styling and advanced design will only be available from a few makes.

BMW is the most agile car company out there as they do not rely on the parts bins for other makes.

The LRX should be worthy. The others, meh.

Land Rover LRX is nice looking but the land rover brand isn't likely to survive.
