Water leak.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, when it rains or I wash the car I have water coming into the passenger floor board on my X5. I have checked to see if it's the sunroof and it's not clogged, What else could it be?? it only happens when it rains or I wash the car??

So I had a similiar issue with my e53 X5. Everyone was saying it was my sunroof drains but I wasn't convinced. Turned out that the seal around my windshield was leaking. I figured this out by taking a hose and pour water starting at the lower part of the windshield, then checking for leaks. Move higher and higher with the hose until you start seeing leaks. This will help you isolate where the leak is actually at.

Maybe the rain drainage under the ECU box (located under the aircon air cleaners) is clogged?

Same here! sunroof drain holes are in all four corners of the sunroof, I'm curious as to where the others are!

Well at least you noticed on time... before the blower motor went belly up. Hope they still had the leftover parts...
