Pics of 275-45-20 on all 4 tires?

I wanted to know if anyone has pics of their X5 running 275/45/20 on all four tires. I don't want to run the staggered look. I tried searching winter tire set ups but didn't find any photos. Thanks!

Yes, this is what I'm running on my X5M for 9 months of the year, on 20" BBS SV wheels... 255's in 19" for winter though. I'm 1,000 miles away from the car right now and can't take a pic; sorry.

Yes, '08 X5 4.8i with 274/45-20 on OEM style 87. Gives a little more "cushion", introduces only 3% speedo error and you can rotate!

Most E70s will have 10/11" staggered wheels, I wouldnt rotate the 11" onto the front myself...
I don't have pictures but I have seen 275x4 on an X5M and the rears look stretched for sure but it looked ok.

That doesn't look right as your rear has fender flares for wider tires. One of the selling points on an X5 SAV is you get to run staggered wheels/tires, very unique for an SUV. If you absolutely want square on a Sport version, either throw on wheel spacers or non-Sport (flush) fender flares.

This particular photo was for illustration purposes only ... to show OP what the 275/45-20 setup looks like.

My next move was 20mm spacers for the rear and now full staggered. The result is 2 extra wheels for a square set-up for winter ...

So your wheels are 10" all around? The big thing I thought he would be concerned about was the stretch you get with a 275 on an 11" rim.

Front wheels are 9.5 x 20 and rears are 10.5 x 20. And yes, you can fit/stretch a 275/45 x 20 tire on a 10.5 wheel, but not all tires have this capability!! My brand tire cannot be stretched on a 11" rim. Need to look at the tire specifications to see what the tire manufacturer allows ... Pic below is without the 20mm spacers ... once installed, the edge of the tire sits nicely flush with the extended fender flairs. I don't like using the 20mm spacers though, because it also requires using a 43mm long wheel bolt and I feel that the integrity/safety of the wheel assembly is compromised ...

I have 10x20 BBS SV front and rear on the X5M with 275's on all 4 corners. I think it took a 15 or 18mm spacer in the rear to bring the face of the rears out to where the stock rears were. Not ideal, but I really wanted the BBS SV wheels and their fitment for the X5M is only 22" diameter - too big for me. My set-up is 4 of the 10x20 BBS SV fronts (for a standard E70) with the aforementioned spacers in the rear.

The 275's would have been way too stretched on the stock 11" rears from the X5M

Hi.. I'm new in this forum.. just got my X5 for a month and quite happy with the ride...

I just bought 20 inch wheels with the width of 9 and 11 for the front n rear respectively with offset +25 all around... I was thinking of putting thicker tyre profile like 265/50r20 for the front and 285/50r20 for the rear... I just wondering whether this setup is ok without any rubbing? anyone has those setup in this forum? Any inputs will be very appreciated...Thanks

Your primary and MOST important concern should not be the rubbing ... you must maintain the correct "ratio" between different tires size on the front and rear axles! Because of the permanent 4-wheel drive characteristics of the X5, you can damage the transfer case gears, because the tire/wheels turn at different speeds, if the tire size varies from the front to the rear! Size 275/45x20 is at the max that can be allowed, and you'll have to mount this size front and rear to keep the ratio the same ...

I have 20X10 all the way around with 275/45r20 Pirelli Scorpions. Only slightly taller than the OEM setup so no rubbing.

Tires setup decided

I've finally decided with Toyo Proxes ST2 tyres with the setup of 265/50R20 for the front & 295/45R20 rear..
My wheels are Modulare forged 20x9 & 20x11 et 25 all around....No rubbing at all....I'm totally satisfied with this setup coz I personally prefer the thicker profile look... and most importantly I feel safer with those thicker tyres as our road conditions here are really terrible with lots of potholes everywhere..Anyway, the rides still as comfortable and plush like stock...
