Exhaust valve 35i (Golf T mod 2.0)

Today I basically did golf T mod on my E70 35i. I’ve been doing research on it and haven’t found and videos or anything. People usually just take off the valve accurater and zip tie up the vacuum hose but I didn’t know if it would give me a check engine light so I did it another way.

I had pushed down what activates the flap to open then simply zip tied it down to the accumulator. It sounds amazing and lets the motor flow more. I can even hear the turbo spool louder. Great and easy mod to do.

Yup, that gives a nice sound, especialy when starting a cold engine.

I got the (OEM) end tips without the flap on my 3.5i, thats a direct bold on the muffler.
