Carly 00377D, Coolant Pump Temp Threshold Exceeded

I sold my 328xi and just bought this 2012 X5 i35 with the N55 engine form an auto auction. After about 150miles I received a reduced engine power warning and the code on my Carly app was 00377D

"Engine-cooling system, reduced power operation: coolant pump temperature threshold 1 exceeded" (see screenshot)

On my 328xi I was able to see better coolant pump parameters than this for whatever reason. I am getting some weird temps for oil temp and I think coolant temp is normal, says high but searching N55 normal operating temps here it seems ok.

Is this a water pump issue (fan running normal speed), thermostat, or maybe a bad oil temp sensor? I know I need the oil filter housing and oil cooler gasket, could this be related somehow?

Thanks in advance

Andrew
