E70- NO Crank no start.

Hi,
Can you please help me here. I don't have any communication with any module. ISTA gave me "No communication with control unit possible." Basically Terminal 15 does not have power. ISTA asked me to
" Check fuses, connectors and electrical wiring of
the control unit.
Check supply voltage to the control unit.
Check bus connection. "

I am stuck here, how to check electrical wiring of the Transmission control unit .
