After market warranty?

My wife's 2008 CPO x5 will hit 100k in about 9 months. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has had any experience with after market warranties with their BMW. My wife's x5 has had its fair share of electrical issues to say the least, which has promoted me to look into an extended warranty once I am out of CPO. Any advice would be appreciated.
