Adjusting Headlights

Hi All,

I have a 2008 X5 4.8 and it appears that it was in an accident and repaired prior to me owning the truck.

I noticed that only the left lense of the headlight has started to fog on the inside. Also, the same headlight is aimed a little too high.

Is there a way to fix these two issues.
