BMW E5 X5, 11.2005, 4.4 - Shoves

Hi everybody.

There is a problem with my car.
Maybe somebody knows same situations, same problems and can advice me what to do.

I have BMW X5 E53, 4.4, 11.2005, car from US - with the 6-speed gear. My location is UAE.

When i'm driving the car and starting to stop the car slowly (example - before humps or before traffic lights) i feel the shoves when the 2nd speed changes to the 1st.
And the same shoves i feel when the car accelerating - from the 1st to the 2nd.
It's not so hard shoves, but i feel them and would like to solve the problem.

For information - i was changed transmission oil with oil transmission filter 3 month ago(it changed nothing in shoves).

I was visited 1 russian-speaking service and they could not find a solution.
Wanted to go to official representative's of BMW in UAE, but only for checking the condition of the gear they wanted to take about 1000$ - and it is mandatory before repairing.

After I spoke with one specialist from russia, he said that the problem is in Solenoids of the gear and the problem will be solved when i will change them.
He said that the solenoids for my car coming by this part number - 1068.298.044 (genuine part of ZF).

So there are few questions to you friends.

How do you think - really is it possible that the problem will be solved after changing these solenoids?

If Yes - where can i buy them? And how much it will cost if to order from America?

Hope that you will find time to answer and advice me what to do.

Thank you very much for any advices!
