X35D sport pack / X35D non sport pack

thinking about purchasing a 2009 X35D and was wondering what the difference is between sport package and non sport package X35D is.

is the sport packages on the X5 same as the sport package on 335i and 328i which is basically the wheels, suspension, seats, and DS mode?

and is it something that most X5 owners recomend having or is it not as big of a deal compared to sport packages on the sedan/coupe BMW?
