Dear Forum Members,

Special pricing will be available for Velos Designwerks performance software now through the SEMA Automotive show October 25th - November 2nd this includes a personal tuner option that allows you to upload software at home no need to send your vehicles ECU and no down time. Special pricing will be available on both sending in ECU option as well as personal tuner option. All ECU's sent in will be returned via next day air delivery. Next Day Saturday deliver also available to homes.

Retail: Mail-in $1,500/ with Personal tuner option $2250.00 (includes two tunes, valet mode, stock Map and FREE life-time updates.)

The personal tuner is a handheld device that allows you to read and write to your car. Once you read the tuned file from your car you email it into us at tuning@velosdesignwerks.com and within an hour or two (assuming it is sent during work hours) we email the tuned file back to you. The personal tuner allows you to store multiple files on it. Most clients choose this route because you do not need to send in the computer and it prevents the car being down.

Thanks for your quick reply! Is the tuner assigned to one vehicle, i.e. one VIN# or can it be used to tune two or more vehicles? Can the tuner be used to revert back to stock tune?

It is married to one vin and yes it can be used to revert back to stock.

The personal tuner is the route we plan to use for our project. It's more in line with the rest of the tuning solutions that are out for other vehicle platforms. Hoping it wakes up this 50i in conjunction with an exhaust.
