Dunlop Sport Maxxx or Toyo Proxes ST II or Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport RFT

Any advice or comment for tire choice between Dunlop Sport Maxxx or Toyo Proxes ST II or Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport RFT? (mount over 300m style wheel 20" 275/40 R20 front 315/35 R20 rear)

Not all run flats can be patched. I just ran over a nail with the Duelers and it was a $40 patch job instead of a new tire.

I just ran over a screw with my rear wheel and am sitting now in the dealership. Can't repair. They had Bridgestones for $360 and Dunlops for $650. I went with Bridgestone. The parts guy admitted that the Dunlop is overpriced and that the Bridgestone is the better tire. I don't know anything about the Toyos.
