Front tires outside wear

This is my second set of tires on 21" rims that have excessive wear on the outside. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal?

definitely not normal, I think you have excessive toe-in, get an alignment check

Ok, i'll take it for an alignment check. But Is it possible to do it correctly when the tire has uneven wear?

Yep, you can do wheel alignment with uneven tires, just not with bent wheels.

I wore out my outside edge of the front tires first, but it was from very aggressive driving up through the mountains. The alignment is perfect.

It appears to be completely normal on X5s. My alignment is perfect and still outer edges wear more than usual. 20 in wheels.

Hello people I have the same problem on my x5 on my 20s had an Alignment done and still the same the only way to get it done properly is to get someone beside a dealer to do it. Cause the factory specs are naturally cambered positive on the front and negative on the rear or vise versa. I had an alignment done and put new rear tires and still the same wear. So I will get an independent shop to do it for me.

When I bought my pre-owned X6, the front tires were pretty much bald around the outside edges. I think it was due to hard driving. I installed a "newer" used set in the front about 5k or 6k miles ago and the tires seem fine so far.
