Programming Key to memory setting/profile

Does anybody know how to link a given key (with comfort access) to a memory setting on the seat so the seat moves back to position after unlocked? I have set it up in iDrive to move the seat position upon unlocking, but it doesn't do it.
For example, upon unlocking the car, either by remote or using comfort access, the seat should go back to memory setting 1, if my wife had used the car with her key...but it doesn't go back unless I press the memory setting...my salesperson at the dealer doesn't know how to do it either...any ideas?

I recall a setting in iDrive that allows you to enable one or two fobs. It sounds like both fobs retain the same memory settings. You need to enable it for two.

The default settings for both keys are set individually via iDrive. I had the same issue at first - could not understand why it worked for me (key 1) and not for my wife with key 2.... Then I realized that key 2 also needs to have the defaults changed to 'unlock' or 'door open' in iDrive when the key is in the ignition / active. Hope that helps.

Cheers, Anteater.
