I'd love to hear what you think of this tune. Considering getting one myself!

Car has felt a little different to me each day since I got the tune. The torque is amazing and delivered so smoothly its scary. Mash the gas on the highway and the cars around you seem to be at a standstill. Gears shift more quickly as well, both up & down, and there is virtually no turbo lag now. Exhaust note is a bit louder, not significantly though.

I'm excited to get the big wheels on the car to see how that effects the ride.

2011 with 5000 miles. the car is a friggin' bull dog with the stage 2. I never dare dead pedal it any more, not necessary. next mod will need to be the laser interceptor.
in the spring I'll do the flared fenders and mount the 21" 215s.

I have Stage 2 in my truck. I am very happy with it. There is a noticeable increase in power low in the RPM range. It really shines from about 3k RPM.

I am considering doing Dinan's intercoolers and the air box when the air box is available. Once out of warranty, I will add downpipes. Then I hope to stop modding.

It was $3400 installed at Circle BMW in NJ. I chose Dinan because I could bring the truck back to Circle BMW and let them decide if it was a BMW or Dinan problem.

Dinan provides a supplemental warranty that will pick up any warranty issues that the dealer blames the Dinan product on.

Circle BMW in NJ is a Dinan dealer, so I do not have the headache of taking the truck to two different places if there is disagreement over who should make the warranty repairs.

Dinan tunes are much more expensive. I would expect that a healthy portion of the increased cost is the supplemental warranty.

There are some great tunes out there, Velos is always up there in HP production and stories of great customer service.

I opted to shell out the extra dough on the Dinan not to have to worry about the warranty issue, probably not necessary but, as they say, you cant put a price on peace of mind
