winter set up

Hey guys, currently i have 215 style rims with 21" tires -- love everything about this - prior owner did put spacers on car to give it a slightly wider look (in process of finding out what type) now for question ---- winter? what do i do.. buy stock rims and put all seasons on them? in NJ its a hit and miss with snow-- some winters we get light snow fall while others we get storms dropping 2 feet at once!

how do the spacers play a role in swapping Winter/ summer tire?

You have PM. Spacers may or may not need to be removed depending on the setup you use, the hub diameter, and offset.

Let me know if you ever want to move those rims. I love them. I had rocked a pair of stockers with summers then would switch to a set of winter tires.(blizzaks or scorpion ice) I recently made the switch to all seasons and will be giving them a shot this winter if i keep the truck that long.

Dunno about spacers, but the best setup is the OEM one.

I have the 298M and I live in Canada where we get a lot of everything. This kit is awesome, the handling, the grip are way ahead of what I had with my former vehicle (Trailblazer SS '09 with P255/50R20 Pirelli Scorpion Ice and Snow)

It's the recommended setup. Here is a slide from http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-foru...ws-unreal.html and 2 pictures of my car
