A6E5 & random misfires

New to bmws but have a 2011 35i, had a misfire on cylinder 1 bought new coil and plug, and stayed on cylinder 1 after with cylinder 2. Had drove it with a generic obd2 scanner for live data (bought BimmerLink afterwards) when it had half engine light and noticed the gas gauge didn’t fill up all the way during last fill up. BimmerLink showed a bunch of codes since no one before me owning cleared them properly. Cleared them thru BimmerLink now I’m showing A6E5, 3183, and random misfires now. How would I check fuel pump control box(if I needed) would high pressure fuel pump throw a code if bad. Would a air leak cause this?
Truck starts absolutely fine just with a misfire then throws half engine malfunction error. Trying not to throw parts at it but narrowing it down and fixing the problem. Would ista d be worth a buy to further diagnose the problem? Thanks and hope to hear some input and help.
