As the title suggest I'm looking to see if any one has bought or dealt with Neeks55? I paid for some side markers that he had for sale and have not received the items and no contact from him in over a month...

I haven't but something similar happened to me but it turned out the guy was involved in a bad accident and was hospitalized for over a month and got the items when he got back on his feet.

But you never know. Did you pay with paypal? Sometimes your covered in case of a fraudulent purchase.

Seems the guy has fallen off the planet, Sent an Email to Paypal but they said the even though I sent the payment as "good" it isn't an Ebay purchase so they can not help. Sent an Email to the address that was listed for the transaction and again no reply. I have sent multiple PM's to him on here and again no reply. Seems I have lost out on this sale and my cash.

If it makes you feel any better, I got screwed for about $500 on the purchase of a handgun that I knew was worth a couple hundred more. EMT'd the cash and that was the last of the seller.

Live and learn I guess....

If you sent the money for goods/service then it doesn't matter what site it was from, you can log into paypal, go to the resolution center, and report a transaction. Don't bother calling Paypal that's a waste of time.

If you sent it as a gift payment so he wouldn't pay fees then yeah, you're not getting it back. The only time I'd ever send a gifted amount if if I know the guy or he has crazy rep on the forums as a stand up seller.
