my x5m was smoking??

I haven't had a chance to go to the dealer since it just happened but its about -3 out and i just arrived and parked in my garage . As i was walking away there was smoke coming from my kidney grilles. It wasn't filling up the garage but it was enough to notice .. does anyone else have this cause the engine is running to hot or something? I didn't speed home so don't know what i could of done to it...
Also has anyone heard of the vehicles having an email address of some sort where u can send ur google map search to it ?

are you sure its "smoke" or "steam".

It's probably steam if it was snowing.
