S63 Injectors recall ....
So I paid for my injectors last year (cel). Paid out of pocket. This year I took the car in and they said to give them the bill/invoice and they'll submit the claim with BMW NA. Just got the call back from my service writer that this isnt a "recall" "recall" but a "service recall". Another words if it requires the seervice NOW they'll do it free of charge but not reimbursing.
Anyone experience this? Paid out of pocket and got denied or got reimbursed?

They should reimburse you, if not I'm sure a lawyer in your state can assist with getting your money back. BMW have admitted that the design, not a particular, individual injector is faulty by issuing the service bulletin.
