I saw this picture of an x5 and was wondering if you guys could figure out if this car is on Springs and wheels spacers just from looking at it.

1st off you have an F15, this is an E70 pictured. I don't know what the F15 crowd is using for spacers (same as E70?) but if you search those forums you could probably find the answer pretty quickly.
