I like it a lot. Subtle changes update what I find is a really good looking car. The x6 does polarise opinions on the looks. My wife hates it, but I like it because it is different. Will be a good seller...

With the 50i pulling off equivalent 0-60 and 1/4 mile times as the outgoing M version, with 110 less hp, I'm excited to see what the M does when it's released in the fall of 2015. I just picked up a 2012 M, with intent to switch to the new M shortly after it's released next fall.

I think it looks great. I feel suckered in by the video but the front end does look more 'athletic'

I prefer the back end of the current model however, this seems to have lost some edge from the back.

I don't like the back.
also for a car if you have to explain your design , you failed.

The international site has the new x6 up now. It says 2014, but its definitely the 2015:

It's hard to say just by the pictures. I initially didn't like the i8 design much but just saw it on the road in Vienna two weeks ago and it's impressive.

My wife is thinking about getting one to replace her range rover going off lease. We test drove a '14 X5 which the dealer said should drive similar to the '15 X6, and she liked it. I nearly got into serious trouble (think running off into a creek) due to braking-induced severe understeer, but I chalk it up to lofty expectations (I drive a '12 650).

What are the rumors on the suspension/handling of the new X6 vs the old? Is it more X5-like, I wonder? Or more sporty-oriented?

I still prefer the previous design over this new one.

I'm will be looking at the new M when it comes but will not consider one until second year (learned that lesson). Everything I've seen says the 50i is more like 4.8 seconds. Wonder if the M will get a 45hp boost also , would put it at 600hp.
