New injector tip looks normal?

Hey pretty new to the forum. About to change injectors out of cyl 5 and 6 on my 2013 X5 35i. Got these new ones from rockauto and does that whitish thing below the tip look normal? Both injectors are like this and still in their sealed package. I checked fcpeuro's stock pictures and seem to show similar thing. First time changing injectors and don't want to put defective ones in.

Also I changed out the metal insert for cyl 5 and 6. Does anyone know if the torque spec for those two bolts holding it down is 11 Nm? Only found it from one youtube videos and want to double check.

Thanks,

Where is the compression cap that’s supposed to keep the seals compressed in order to install them?
If not , you may need that special tool to install them properly.

Hey my understanding is since it's new the seal come pre-insalled and I don't need to further compress it. It didn't come with the compression cap.

Mmm, reading a little more seems the seal would expand in air and only should open it up when ready to install. So it should come with a cap on it? The package is sealed but not air tight. Maybe I do need to get the compression tool...waiting to see if anybody has got new n55 injectors before
