by lowering my non sport package 2011 x5 5.0 with 21s using the h&r kit, would it reduce the amount of negative camber or would I need some sort of kIt for tHis?

You can align it back to factory specs without a problem. No kit needed. 20" or 21" wheels doesn't matter.
